Britpart Steering Guard - Defender

Added protection from those hidden dangers when off-roading!

This guard from Britpart is manufactured from high-quality, hard-wearing and corrosion resistant material to counteract any unforeseen obstacles your Land Rover may encounter whilst off-roading. All fixings are supplied and the guard fits into the vehicle's pre-existing holes. The guard has holes at the front to allow for water drainage and also to help with ventilation for the cooling system.

RHD

Aluminium - main plate - 8mm thick / brackets - 8mm thick

Defender - 1985 - 2006 & 2007 onwards

Included in the kit are -
4 x counter sunk bolts, 4 x washers &  4 x nuts to hold the front plate to the side brackets.
1 x long bolt (opposite side to steering box)

You use the steering box bolt (already fitted) and the two towing eye bolts to hold the guard in place.

If you do not have the towing eye bolts in place you will also need
2 x BH110241L bolts
2 x NY110047L nuts
4 x NY110047L washers
