Standard Land Rover diff pans are renowned for being susceptible to damage and corrosion, especially when used off-road. Clamp-on diff protectors offer some extra strength, but the only sure way to keep your precious gears safe is to uprate the casing.
The D44 heavy duty diff pan is supplied with a weld-on adaptor ring, allowing you to bolt-on and remove the super-strong diff cover for inspection and maintenance.
As well as providing unmatched protection, the D44 diff pans will make your axles look ultra-cool in their black livery with D44 logo.

Made from 17-4ph which is a very strong stainless steel. The main body is 5mm thick minimum and the bottom edge is 25mm thick where the most impact is likely
5mm of 17-4ph is equal to about 13mm of mild steel
Supplied as a kit of parts to fit one axle. Designed to be used on Rover axles, can be used on the front or rear
