Challenge 90 Rebuild / Trayback
The tray that we have developed is available for the 90, 100 and 110 and is the main tray tube and rear supports shown in the picture.

The main tube was fitted whilst the cage was on the vehicle, it is essential to get this bit right and ensure that the tray is in line with the rest of the car, once you are satisfied tack it into place and then you can add the rear supports.

From here it is up to the individual to set out their storage as required. On our previous tray backs we have chosen to set the spare wheel as low as possible to keep the C of G as low to improve rear vision.

Other considerations would be to make sure that you can remove the rear winch without having to remove the tray to gain access and the location of your recovery kit and sufficient storage space for tools and spares.

We also added some tie down loops for the occasions where you may need to carry bags or equipment on the rear.

This is also a good time to add any mounts that you may require for waffles, ground anchor ect.
