I decided to start with a new roll cage before adding the tray and front end.

We have developed our own front end, unlike several other systems ours relies on the front bumper as an additional mounting point, we chose to do this a) because we wanted to retain the look of the Defender as much as possible and b) because I believe it will be a lot stronger because of the extra mounting points. This comes as a kit of tubes and needs to be assembled and welded by the purchaser.

Once the overall shape of the front is completed you will need fabricate and add all the brackets necessary to fit the panel work.
