Challenge 90 Rebuild / Rear tub modifications
The 90 project is destined to end up as a trayback. Using the experience gained from our 110 build, the rear tub was measured and marked for cutting just behind the bulkhead.
With the cab protected and all wiring / pipework well out of the way, a cut was made across the full width of the tub. A vertical cut is run down each side for simplicity, the shape of the remaining bodywork will be formed later.
The rear tub is lifted away in once piece leaving the back of the chassis exposed.
