Challenge 90 Rebuild / Finishing the trayback
Once we were satisfied that all the work on the cage/tray was complete it went off to the powder coaters. On its return it was fitted and we could then fit all the pre cut alloy panels which we had had powder coated in a metallic grey.
We used plastic piping to trim the edges of the alloy panels
The base of the recovery storage is held in with quick release fasteners should you need to remove the rear winch.
The release catches are held in place with stainless counter sunk 3mm screws and dome nuts.
The rear light clusters and mounts are now available.
They fit under the rear tray; the exact location is up to individual taste.
The number plate remains behind the cab although this will get relocated at a later date.
