110 Trayback / Fuel System
Rather than pull fuel from both tanks we chose to use a transfer system, this meant that we would need additional fuel pic ups and returns.

We used a high pressure pump for the fuel transfer pump, the same as the main fuel pump so in effect we had a spare pump should we need one. All the pipes and fitting are Aeroquip which is expensive but very good.

The fuel system works as follows; a low pressure pump picks fuel up from the tank and transfers it to the swirl pot, from the swirl pot it goes to the high pressure pump then the filter and on to the engine. The engine has its own fuel pressure regulator. The return from the engine goes back to the swirl pot. There is a return from the swirl pot to the main fuel tank.
