Well after a long but worth while wait we took delivery of the master piece of transfer boxes its a twin transfer so basically like a under drive on a Land Rover

so now just need the bucket and spine to hold and bolt the thing together plus it also helps from stopping the case spitting its gears out and then the fun starts trying to persuade a little SJ to have a new and very big heart transplant in the shape of a 2.0 Ltr 16 valve GV engine which should make a huge difference in the little Suzuki's capabilities

basically take a vitara T / Box cut it and shorten the shaft then he makes all the nice shiny bits that you see at the front then remove the flange from the SJ T / Box which is already a rocklobster and remove the mounting bolts the SJ box the slides inside the tube so now there is no need for a intermediate prop and bolt all up all i got to do now is to fit the cradle which mounts the G / Box and the 2 T / Boxes together and has a spine which will fit all round the SJ T / Box which should stop the box from flexing and spitting all its gears out which is a common prob on Suzukis so basically the 3 boxes will be one unit.
this should hopefully give me a ratio of 7.5-1
you normally leave the Vitara box in high and the SJ Box in low but when needed just put the Viatara into Low and you get a stupidly low box

this is what happens when trying to hard  Grin Grin
