So many projects, so little time

Well...  it seems that we have gone back in time a couple of years and the current organiser of the Billing show is going to move it to a new location....   It's further North (in Notts) which will suit some and be worse for others...

So..   questions :

1) Should we run a sweepstake on who is going to try and book Billing Aquadrome for the show weekend this time round ?

2) Where will you (the only people that actually matter) be going ?    If anywhere ?

Don't learn do they!!

I reckon LRO might have a go at getting Billing

I'd go to Billing if it was on the same weekend. If it wasn't, I'd probably be sad enough to go to Newark (as long as I could conquer the urge to turn round when I see that 'M1 - The North' sign Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy)

It's potentially a lot of extra cost for us... the extra distance, an extra day we would have to close the office, etc. etc.   Obviously we need to establish how worthwhile it is to do.

As Jim said, lets dig the old thread out from a few years back !

We'll we as a company cannot justify driving any further north, to be honest anywhere from devon is a fair trek, i'll give billing a shot this year, see how LRO do.

To be fair, my mistake, I didn't spot the second page.. doh !

Billing Aquadrome has, quite frankly, become a dump and a potentially dangerous one given the free public access and well documented crime

So no change from when LRM decided to stop the move to Kelmarsh then.

Maybe this time the traders will allow Billing to die but it puts them in a really difficult position again. Glad I don't have to make a choice like that.

Ah, Live promotions are ringing round and are doing the Aquadrome but LRO have yet to say. Watch this space so to speak (have spoken to a few exhibitors and Stands) LRO won't yet comment when I phoned them. Live were also engaged most of the day, sorry Becs Wink

I for one will be staying with Live Promotions with my club stand (landyownersclub.co.uk)! Worked with them for years and never, NEVER had a complaint.
