Well hi to you all
the next and last event of 2009 will be a mission impossible to be held at
Herod woods which is part of the bush farm estate in saltash
some of you will remember this as the saturday site on the De-cider
the aim is to open up some more tracks to allow better access around the site Newcomers and novices are encouraged and welcome to come along and try out their driving skills and Xmas bolt on's, safe in the knowledge that their will be friendly help at hand to give advice on how to tackle the course and get the best from their vehicle and kit.
this is a none competitive event so no balls out stuff I'm afraid just a fun day to enjoy yourselves a winch would be usefull it will not be compulsory as the nature of the convoy/laning format will get everyone through. Although not intended to be damaging the wooded nature of the site would not be best suited for standard road going vehicles as some of the route is expected to be challenging as would be expected from CSW. The normal Road Taxed vehicle rules will not be compulsory for this event.
the landowner will be joining us for the day
hope to see plenty of you there as should be a good day out

this event will be held on the 27th December just the ticket to work off the Christmas dinner

Best described as extreme greenlaning without the highway!  Cool

Online entry should be available shortly.

Hopefully the President will be along as well to give out advice and words of wisdom  Grin

what a great day and it stopped raining once we got started too!

With a good mix of vehicles and capabilities it was a good oppertunity to mix some good teamwork in with some coaching of a few novices and make a few more tracks along the way.

Thanks to all those who entered and helped out and the Landowners for generously donating the site for the day.

There should be in excess of £200 being donated from this event towards the Air Ambulance  Cool
