110 Trayback / Bulkhead Modification
Once I was satisfied I removed the engine and cut out the sections of the bulk head that had to be removed, this also required removing a large part of the gear box tunnel.
I then made card board templates which I used to form the new sections for the bulk head which were duly welded into place. Once this was done we coupled an old gear box to the engine and offered it up to be able to mark the positions for the engine mounts and gear box mounts. As can be seen from the picture the hand brake drum is very close the X member but we had a solution for that or so we thought as it was later to cause us some minor problems.
