110 Trayback / Cab modification
To give the cab some shape we wanted to trim off the rear edges of the body work, to see what this would look like we marked it off with masking tape.
Once satisfied that it was the look we wanted we removed the corner trims and used the Plasma to trim off the excess. (If you don’t have the use of Plasma it can be cut with a fine cutting disc or a jig saw using a straight edge).
We then took the corner trims, removed a segment and then folded them to match the new shape of the cab. You will also note from the previous image that we are already investigating storage solutions experimenting with various storage solution for the spare wheel.
