110 Trayback / Fuel Fillers
We fitted a pair of new 90 tanks on to the brackets that we made earlier.
Once the tanks were in place I had to make the fuel fillers, (it must be remembered that the fuel fillers in the tanks are offset). First job is to make the mount for the fuel filler caps, we supply and use the aero style cap which gives a nice flush fit and does not leak.
I made a card board template for the mount and then cut it out of 3mm alloy.
I now needed to make the fuel filler neck to connect the two hoses one of which is 90deg and the other is 45deg. (This is now available as a kit).
