110 Trayback / Building up the chassis
Now the fun part, it’s time to start piecing all the bits together, after so much work its very refreshing to see it actually taking shape. We fitted all our newly zinced suspension components with poly bushes and then fitted the axles, once they were in place we fitted the springs and shocks. We had always intended to fit twin shocks but first we had to make new front towers and because of the length difference of the rear shocks we had to make new top mounts which were not even started
