110 Trayback / Axle Cases
The other work in progress was the axle casings. The 110 was to have twin shocks fitted so it was important to add the mounts whilst we overhauled the casings. It is our standard practice to fit heavy duty diff pans (which make in house) and the bracketry to protect our brake pipes. Once this is done the casings are etch primed and painted satin black.
Once I was finished with the casings Paul took over and fitted the ARB locking differentials (which he had built previously) and Maxi Drive heavy duty half shafts. Then they were treated to some new cross drilled and vented brake discs.
