110 Trayback / Engine Mounts
In order to keep the engine where nature intended we made some racing engine mounts, we took the standard mount and removed a section to fit the tube to; this tube would be fitted with the same bush used for the rear radius arms, then it was all welded in place. To make the mounts from the chassis we held the engine in place by crane with the new mounts fitted to the engine and made templates out of cardboard which we would use to plasma cut the steel from. (Remember we have already reinforced the chassis to take these mount previously).
